Pits and Sumps

Polymer concrete modular channel, grates, sumps and pits are specified by leading civil and hydraulic consultants throughout the world. Polymer concrete is a material that has compressive and flexural strength when compared to concrete, and allows for minimal absorption, which makes it ideal for a variety of line drainage and sump solution applications.

Our MEA polymer concrete pits and sumps are available in square and rectangular configuration – 300mm (450mm deep), 450mm, 600mm and 900mm (all 600mm deep) being the standard range. Grates for the pits are available in load classes up to Class D. Civil and General Distributors also has the ability to custom make grate and frames to suit pit specifications.
