Alice Ross-King Care Centre is a brand new, 102-bed purpose built, Residential Aged Care facility at RAAFA’s Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek. All rooms have air conditioning and many also have courtyard or balcony access, providing an array of views across manicured gardens, Lake Howard, courtyards and the city.

Civil and General Distributors supplied multiple lengths of Stormtech threshold drains to the balconies of the aged care facilities providing zero threshold access between the rooms and the balconies which provide a very important safety measure for the aged residents of the Centre. Also, the centre has a commercial kitchen where we also provided vinyl floor stainless steel channel and grate.
