Sustainable Housing for Artists and Creatives (SHAC) and Access Housing built dwellings on a site within the former Kim Beazley Special School site in White Gum Valley.
The facilities included a vibrant and community driven Arts Studio, a two storey structure that facilitates both a community access hub on the ground level and individual studios above. This facility opened in March 2017.
Civil and General Distributors provided Ausdrain enviromodules to manage stormwater in and around this new facility.
