The three interconnected heritage buildings known as the State Buildings sit on the corner of St Georges Tce & Barrack St. in the centre of Perth. Over their 140-year history, they’ve been used as Public Offices, a Police Court and cellblock, Treasury, GPO, Immigration Offices and the office of the Premier and Cabinet. The newly revitalised Old Treasury Buildings, as the State Buildings are often referred, now offer a mix of hospitality and retail offerings, as well as COMO The Treasury hotel.

SPS floor drains and cleanouts were supplied for the internal, Stormtech channel and stainless steel heel guard grates for the mezzanine and MEA channel and stainless steel heelguard grates were supplied for the external of the old Treasury buildings.  In addition, a Halgan pump station was installed which was installed with the Ausdrain retention tank.
