Perth College
This year saw the completion of the Perth College Junior School additions. The Perth College Junior School additions involved the construction of a modern three-story teaching block, designed to enrich the learning environment.
We supplied 12 MEA 300mm sumps with stainless steel heel guard grates. In addition we supplied 87 metres of MEA polymer concrete channels 100mm wide and 150mm deep with MEA stainless steel grates.
Mt Lawley Senior High School
2024 also saw the completion of the new two storey facility at Mount Lawley Senior High School. The facility includes a 20-classroom block and modern STEM learning areas for robotics and technologies and digital studio for graphics and media. Civil and General supplied:
• 104 metres of MEA polymer concrete 100mm wide, 150mm deep channels together with MEA Class D ductile iron grates.
• Stormtech Threshold Drains – six 65mm wide with architectural stainless steel heelguard grates.
Kalamunda Senior High School
Kalamunda Senior High School is also undergoing a major Redevelopment Project. This project includes the construction of two multi-level teaching buildings and alterations to the existing Design & Technology / Education Support wing.
We are supplying Selected Plumbing with the following items:
• 118 metres of MEA 100mm wide stainless steel grates and polymer concrete channels
• 16 metres of MEA 200mm and 300mm wide channels and grates
• 22 metres of Stormtech 100mm wide stainless steel channels and wedge wire grates
• 44 SPS square and round point drains.
