The City Beach Surf Club Building & Commercial Redevelopment involved the demolition of the existing City of Perth Surf Life Saving Club and construction of a new Surf Club Building, along with three food & beverage tenancies at City Beach.
The Surf Club Building is a state of the art facility delivered to house Surf Club operations and the Commercial tenancies provide a diverse offering of food & beverage operators.
Electropolished Stormtech stainless steel grates together with SPS point drains and MEA channel and heelguard grates have been installed in the new facilities and in the new court yard and driveways. The staff, public toilet and outdoor shower have Civil and General Ultimate stainless steel channel and grate electropolished to prevent tea staining from the salt air environment.
