Brad Farrington – Managing Director
Brad became involved with Civil and General Distributors in 2015. He brings nearly 30 years of business experience in mining, oil and gas and manufacturing industries. Brad has a wealth of experience in commercial, finance, debt and equity raisings, IT and Human Resources.
His aim is to develop and grow the business to continue to offer high-quality products, with excellent customer service.
Naomi Burke – Sales Representative
Naomi is one of our longest serving employees, enjoying nearly twenty years with the business. She is thoroughly conversant with our products and primarily provides assistance to our architects, specifiers, and high-end builder customers.
Naomi is committed to providing quality customer service and is readily available to respond to client queries and to provide high-quality solutions to customer project concerns.
Craig Mableson – Sales Representative
Craig commenced with Civil and General Distributors in 2017. He had an extensive career with plumber merchants in Perth and Western Australia before joining us.
Focusing on our plumber and builder customers Craig provides practical solutions to our customer’s plumbing needs. Craig is always ready to discuss options for your projects and will make sure you get the best service and price.
David Quinn – Sales Representative
David joined us in November 2025 bringing more than 30 years experience in the plumbing industry in sales and business development roles across WA. He is well known for consistently providing superior customer service with precise, accurate and timely follow-up, whilst being able to adapt to customers changing demands.
His personable nature coupled with his myriad of interests from home renovating, photography, to camping, music, beer brewing and wine appreciation also ensures he will enhance our existing and develop new relationships at Civil and General.
Peter Cunningham – Internal Sales Consultant
Peter has been with Civil and General Distributors since 2009. He has many years experience in the plumbing industry and has a strong knowledge of the Plumbing and Building trade.
Peter has built a friendly affiliation with our customers and along with his helpful plumbing solutions, is always willing to discuss the latest news, music and particularly his beloved West Ham Football Club.
Tracy Beugelaar – Internal Sales Consultant
We welcomed Tracy to Civil and General Distributors in August 2025. Tracy brings creativity to our office with a passion for photography and writing. She previously worked with a large freight company and has invaluable expertise in customer service and problem solving.
Len Brennan – Inventory and Warehouse Controller
Len is responsible for all the inventory, logistics and distribution operations from our Perth Warehouse. His calm, customer focused attitude together with his outstanding organisational skills ensure that both customers and suppliers receive the quality and reliability they expect.
Meron Abraham – Storeperson
Meron is a friendly, reliable and experienced warehouse worker who has moved to Australia from New Zealand. He is responsible for ensuring all customer orders are properly packed and ready for pick up when required or arranging delivery to our customers as required.
Michelle Morey – Bookkeeper
Michelle is our Bookkeeper and started with Civil and General in 2010. She works three days a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s and runs our accounts department including issuing invoices to customers, paying our suppliers and also offers support with general office duties.
