For the balconies, drying court and terraces we supplied Stormtech made to length lineage drainage featuring 316 marine grade stainless steel channels with the new look black wave grate made from high grade, locally sourced and anodised Aluminium.

All the bathroom showers feature Stormtech custom made tile insert 316 marine grade stainless steel linear channel and grates.

The driveway has 316 marine grade stainless steel 190mm wide channels and grates. The channels have customised depths and the grates are Class C trafficable, all to suit the requirements of the site.
